What areas do you service?

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies, or do I need to supply my own?
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment; all our supplies have been hand-picked to ensure that we are using safe and effective chemicals that have proven to get the job done time and time again. Our team goes through detailed training to give them the knowledge and the skill they need to execute a professional cleaning service.
What type of cleaning services do you offer?
Our specialty is reoccurring services for families or people with busy homes and not enough time in the day to clean them. However, we offer one-time services, recurring services, deep and standard cleanings, move-ins and move-outs and so much more! We also take partial cleans or special requests!
How long does a typical cleaning session take?
Cleaning time varies depending on many factors, your clean will always be booked with enough time for our team to complete the tasks at hand with full care and attention to detail.
Is your team background checked and insured?
Our team is all background checked through the Nebraska state patrol office. We carry general liability insurance as well as workers compensation insurance to give you peace of mind.
Do you offer customizable cleaning plans?
Of course! In the end, our goal is to offer services in whatever way is best suited to your needs. Maybe you just need the bathrooms deep cleaned, or the kitchen needs some extra love. Whatever the job, we will do what we need to get it done!
Do you require deposits?
For ours and your security, you may be asked to pay a deposit for services that is credited to your total cleaning fee. This is to secure your spot on the schedule for cleaning and is refundable up to 48 hours before your cleaning day.
So, how does this whole thing work?
Once you approve your estimate, we will coordinate with you to secure a spot on the schedule. You do not need to be home during your cleaning appointment unless you would like to be. We will send the team size needed to get your place spic n span!
How do I pay?
We accept payment through Venmo or Square. Checks or cash are only accepted on rare occasions. Square offers guest check out for your convenience if you do not wish to make a profile with the payment
processor.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, we are! All of our employees are background checked as well.
